2025 Season Pass Benefits
Join us for our 2025 golf season with a pass that includes the following benefits for East Kootenay residents. Benefits are valid until October 13, 2025:
- 2 week (14 day) advanced booking privilege.
- Golf Canada Membership.
- Complimentary golf practice facility use 15 minute warm-up prior to round or for one hour long practice session daily. (practice green, practice range and short game area).
- Seasonal use of our Health Club from date of purchase through October 13, 2025.
- 10% discount on food & beverage (excluding alcoholic beverages and banquet services) in all Resort Outlets until October 13, 2025.
- Member pricing on full-priced merchandise in the Pro Shop.
- Preferred guest green fee rate (up to 3 guests per member per tee time).
- Early Bird Rate and Bonus Passes will be honored if commitment and minimum first payment is received prior to February 3, 2025 with payment received in full prior to March 31, 2025.
- Payment plans are available for seasonal pass purchases with final payment required by March 31, 2025 for the early bird rate and by June 30, 2025 for the regular rate. Please call Cindy or Mike in the golf shop for details.

Resident Registration
East Kootenay status applies a 20 - 25% discount to any given Public Green Fee. Anyone can register for no charge currently in the golf shop if they have one of the following:
- Valid BC Driver’s License with East Kootenay Address verifying residency (East Kootenay area includes, but is not limited to the following towns or cities: Cranbrook, Kimberley, Fernie, Creston, Golden, Elkford, Sparwood, Jaffray, Invermere…)
- Current BC Hydro bill with East Kootenay Address (photo ID required)
- Current Property Tax Statement for East Kootenay Address (photo ID required)
Conditions of Use:
- Resident rates cannot be combined with any other offers
- Each player must have photo ID ready when checking in for each tee time to receive the EK rate
- Public rates will apply to any player (and/or guest) not registered for the EK rate
League Eligibility
Join us for our East Kootenay resident leagues starting in early May and running throughout the summer.
Men’s League
Dates: Every Tuesday from May 13 – September 23
Cost: $70 for league players and guests for 18 holes, including a cart, prizing and tax. League ticket packs are available to reduce the cost per round.
Prizes: Weekly flighted KP, low net and low gross prizes. Weekly shootout qualifiers for the grand prize of a book of League tickets to be contested on May 13, 2025.
Ladies’ League
Dates: Every Wednesday from May 14 – September 24
Cost: $70 cost to league players and guests for 18 holes and $42 for 9 holes, including a cart, prizing and tax. League ticket packs are available to reduce cost per round.
Prizes: Weekly prizing and games. Weekly draw to be entered to win a $500 St. Eugene Gift Card to be drawn on May 14, 2025.

2025 Seasonal League Pass
Play up to 24 rounds of 18 holes with cart for only $850 including tax!
Valid every Tuesday (April 22 – October 7) for Men’s League Pass Holders and every Wednesday (April 17 – October 9) for Ladies League Pass Holders and includes:
· One 18 Hole Green Fee per week (League passes and associated rounds are not transferrable to other individuals or other days of the week)
· Shared Power Cart
· Warm-Up use of Driving Range Prior to Round
· May 6 & 7 are blackout dates for St. Eugene League Play.
20 official league rounds with additional new season-long games (Men’s League May 13 – September 23 and Ladies League May 14 – September 24) will also include:
· Basic League Prizing (Snips and Deuce Pot Additional)
· $5.00 Food Voucher
Seasonal League Passholders also receive member pricing on full-priced merchandise in the pro shop.
Tee times can be made 14 days in advance.
St. Eugene Golf Course is anticipating to be open for the 2025 season from April 18 – October 13 weather permitting. A delay in opening or early closing due to unforeseen circumstances may affect length of season and potential rounds.

2025 League Play Tickets
Tickets are sold in bundles of 20 and if payment is received prior to May 31, 2025, one extra tickets will be included
- One ticket is required per person, includes 18 holes of golf with a shared power cart and can be used to:
- Enter a league day (Men on Tuesday and Women on Wednesday). This includes league prizing and a $5 food voucher for the restaurant valid the same day
- Play after 2pm daily
- Play outside of league rounds and before 2pm any day of the week, an additional $15 plus tax (Monday to Thursday) or $25 plus tax (Friday to Sunday) is due at check-in
- Tee times may be booked 30 days or less prior to the day of play for the ticket to be valid and cannot be combined with any other offer or green fee
- Tickets are sharable and expire for all of the above-listed benefits after the 2025 season
