Classic barbecue with an unforgettable Rockies twist!

With spectacular views of Fisher Peak and our golf course, the St. Eugene Smokehouse’s casual menu comprises only the freshest of ingredients, all prepared in-house. Our chefs take great pride in emulating regional styles and creating seasonal favourites using in-house smoked meats such as Certified Angus Beef, duck, and a variety of east and west coast seafood.

The St. Eugene Smokehouse is a first-come, first-serve restaurant, although we will take reservations for larger groups looking to book our cozy Scotch & Port room or dining area.
